At Mushmaool we share a simple philosophy. Good food and amazing service.
Mushmaool was registered in Toronto, Canada in 2002 and the first Middle East outlet was opened to
diners on 9 March 2009.
The cuisine is the result of the quest for the ultimate arabic meal. It is the result of the travel,
research and practice for the last 10 years of arabic dining.
It is our commitment to the diners that we do not use any artificial ingredients, color, synthetics
or anything in excess.
We care for the food we give you and for the environment. For e.g. Our soups do not carry any flavoring
agents (stock cubes, ajinomoto). Neither does it carry corn flour or any other thickening agent. We do
not use sodium bicarbonate to cook chickpeas or use lemon salt to flavor hummus. Though Mushmaool is
offered as an arabic grill restaurant, we will continue to bring offerings and influences from north of
Africa and the Meditteranean to the very best of the seasonal and local produce.
Our commitment to our diners is to provide quality food and a healthy dining experience as close to as
what we get at home.
Unconventional to a normal restaurant, we have dedicated 40% of our total area towards a state of the art
kitchen to provide you the cleanest, purest dining experience.
